How do I restore my Pro unlock on a new device?

Tap any locked level, then tap Restore Purchase on the paywall sheet. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase, the Pro unlock returns instantly — purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not the device.

Can I play without an internet connection?

Yes — Sudoku Neon runs entirely offline. The only time the app talks to a server is when you tap Unlock Now or Restore Purchase, which go through Apple’s StoreKit.

I solved level 12 but the next one still shows as locked.

Completing a level only unlocks the next one. Make sure the victory screen actually appeared (all 81 cells filled, no conflicts). Swipe down to refresh the level grid. If it still looks wrong, email us a screenshot.

My timer seems off.

The timer pauses automatically when the app goes to the background or when you tap the pause button in the top-right. Long interruptions will not be counted against your best time.

Does the game collect any data?

No. Sudoku Neon does not collect, track, or transmit any personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.

What if I bought Pro by mistake?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Sudoku Neon purchase, and follow the prompts.
